Running amongst the most talented crop of teams the Bobcats will compete against all season, the Quinnipiac women's cross country team showed well with a 23rd place result out of 38 teams in the Women s Gold event at the Paul Short Run hosted by Lehigh University. Two Bobcats earned results in the Top 100 as three different packs of Quinnipiac runners helped combined for the result on Saturday. The University of Guelph claimed the victory in the Women s Gold event with 48 points while Georgetown (127), Florida State (145), Yale (202) and Cornell (230) rounded out the remainder of the top five.
